Fence opencast site gets redeveloped

In 2010 the industrial site next to the roundabout at Fence between Swallownest and Woodhouse was dug up and opencast mined. Probably for the Fox Earth seam of coal, shown at the bottom of this page. Now, in August 2012 a factory is going up on the site:
