These pictures were sent to me by John of the LNER railway bridge near to the Railway Pub on the edge of Killamarsh, from his father's photo collection. This flood occured on the 22nd May 1932. It's pretty much on the floodplain of the River Rother, so it sould be no surprise that it floods catastrophically every few decades (as it also did in 1999 and 2007).

The railway lines are indicated as LNER (London and North Eastern Railway) on the Railway Map of 1915.
